67. First of all, the dead woman, is at fault. She stopped suddenly on the hwy where traffic was moving quickly. The husband should have gotten wifey some driving lessons before hand instead of suing crazy azz Brandy. These Punjab buzzards r just out to extort. 68. Brandi is being sued because she is at fault and have enough money to buy off the da. It will take more for the family. I fhse had accepted resposibily for her actions in the first place this probably wouldnt be happening. Just because the woman had pot in her system does not mean she was high. The levels were too low for her to have been at the time of the accodent. When will a celeb have to take responsibility for their actions. I hope they get half of everything she has.

71. U guys are idiots and don't comprehend very well. Brandy was found NOT at fault for the accident. If u have ever been on any of LA's Hwys u can't suddenly stop without warning. I almost got in an accident that way. U should never hit ur breaks on the freewy if at all possible. The husband is a loser to sue Brandy because his wife had no driving skills. I don't think her "Cush" consumption had anything to do with it. Everyone should just STOP blaming Brandy and understand the facts...Brandy wasn't charged and the deceased women thought the 405 was a great place to stop and ponder, whateva. May she RIP but Brandy is blameless here. And BTW what does her color have to do with anything??? We should not get caught up in that game b/c as the mother of mixed race children I find that unconscionable and evil. Hey but never let the facts get in the way of a lil racism!

72. I LOVE how people seem to OMIT the FACTS! The deceased woman had MJ in her system and SHE hit the car in front of her and then Brandy hit her! But did you also know that AFTER Brandy hit the woman's car, ANOTHER car then hit the deceased woman's car! Brandy has MONEY and that is why there is a civil suit, if it was a normal person this would NOT be happening. One more thing the family of this woman filed suit BEFORE the investigation was COMPLETE! They are NOT gonna WIN! LOL! I do feel bad for the family, but they went about this ALL WRONG! Maybe Brandy will be nice and offer a settlement, but I WOULDN'T these people have NO case!

73. People just seem to ignore the first facts and how Brandy and her " people " have covered up the truth . Initial the eye witnesses at the scene stated that Brandy was either talking on the phone or textoing while driving . Recent studies show that texting/talking slows your reactions . Then eye witness accounts state that Brandy never stopped talking on the phone until the police arrived . We had eyewitness accounts to the effect that Brandy had enough time to avoid this woman . And then how is it her lawyer submitted " evidence " that contridicted the police reports of the accident and the reports then changed ?
I have to look at how Ms. Brandy lied throughout this long process . We were told she was upset and that the negative accounts was affecting her career . Mind you as all you know on this site we were constantly barraged with photos of Brandy partying , laughing and clubbing just about every night .
she really did not have much of a career left so if anything this put her back in the spotlight . She deserved to go to jail , plain and simple .

74. She is so reverse racist! Did any of you see her on Punk'd? Played the race card and got caught on tape! She looked so foolish! HAHAHA That's what you get for acting like that girl! I don't think the death of this lady can be attributed to smoking pot in any way. And she may not have died if Brandy hadn't struck her from behind. I'm sure Brandy will cry that she's only getting sued because she's black! And maybe if Brit smoked a big fat doob she'd mellow out a little bit - it sure couldn't hurt her and maybe she would get some sleep.
