When will people ever learn that in a criminal case, guilt must be proven beyond doubt while the burden of proof in a civil case is much lower. This is why (please forgive me for bringing OJ up again) after being acquitted in the criminal court, the families could sue him in civil court and win. Which still doesn't mean that Brandy is guilty but at least explains why the other woman's family is suing. Yes, deep pockets strikes again.

92. Let’s face it people, once you become famous, you basically can do
whatever you want, It’s like having Carte Blanche
….You automatically get a “get out of jail free card“, not to mention
the “you can shoot your friend for free card” oh yeah and then
there’s the “you can molest little boy’s card” Mike Jackson
has a few of those…..oh, oh,….lets not forget the ’Smoke weed,
pretend it’s bi-polar , call me a police escort card” ….”The
Paris Hilton, slut think that I’m famous card”….”The Brandy,
I can kill you’re a-- on the freeway card”…..”I can drive drunk, kill someone and do 96 hours jail time, card”…The list goes on and on.

Brandy ain't Dandy, It seems that along with your ignorance of english grammar (ain't is a contraction for "am not", not "is not"and even so is no longer used in educated english) you are ignorant of the law, the rules of evidence and the veracity of eyewitnesses. You are clearly an idiot with a hatred towards anyone who has more money or fame than you do. Please do us all a favor and crawl back under your rock.

94. When you rear-end someone its always your fault. Period!! Brandy should have been paying attention to know that the car stopped in front of her. You always have to keep a safe distance with the car in front of you. I hope she pays a lot to that poor family.
