49. Obviously Daniel accidentally took the Methadone which had been mixed into orange joice for his mother. It reacted with his own antidepressants and killed him. It is not uncommon for addicts to mix the Methadone with orange juice to take it and it was probably sitting there in the frig already mixed with labels. No wonder she never got over his death... she knew her addictions caused it.

51. Unless it was Howard who gave Daniel such a large quantity of methadone to cause an OD in the hospital room. It couldn't have been Anna Nicole because she was too drugged up and out of it.

It would be easy to pour enough methadone in a glass of orange juiceand offer it to Daniel without him knowing it.

With Daniel out of the way, and claiming to be Dannielynn's father, Howard almost succeeded in getting his hooks firmly into Anna Nicole's millions until she unexpected OD'd before Howard could marry her and seal the deal.

HKS: She would use the name Michele Chase, Viki Smith, another name She used... different names not only for prescriptions, but for other things like when she checked into hotels she would use the same names,
once she used the name Mrs. Flintstone to hide from the press. She would use friends names too for various reasons press and so on.

SEIDLIN: Did you ever use your name or did she ever use your name for prescriptions.

HKS: No

If Daniel did indeed committ suicide- ingesting all those pills- in the Bahama's-after meeting his new baby sister--then climbed into bed with Anna at the hospital and died--I find this highly disturbing! Why would he do such a thing? Was he trying to punish his mother because she left him behind in the states? Jealous of a newborn? I guess he showed her!
