It was one of the medications in Daniel's system, it's also addictive and abused by some. Daniel wasn't prescribed methasone, his mom was though.

95. Say what you want about Howard Stern, but at least when he had custody of Dannielynn he didn't have her battling it out with Paris et al for tabloid and magazine cover space. A few pictures, yes, but Birkhead has the baby on/in every magazine, and on "entertainment news" shows every week. Is the public so starved for "news" that we have to have updates every time the kid gets a new tooth? Is there nothing else going on in the entertainment industry? The chances of the kid growing up without becoming a total fruit loop (or, perhaps, growing up at all, given the extent of Birkhead's thirst for media exposure) are slim to none. The public may perceive Stern as a slimeball (after all, he's a lawyer. And any lawyer who has just one client whom he never billed has to be a greedy slimeball. Right?) but at least when Dannielynn was under his care the kid wasn't the focus of a media event every time she went on a diaper run. And as for Daddy Birkhead, he must be independently wealthy because heaven knows he seems to have time for everything but work (and if he's living off his parents, or worse Dannielynn, how does that make him better than the slimeball lawyer with the one client he never billed). Anna Nicole was, at least legally, an adult - if she wanted the kind of media attention she got that was her business - and a lucrative one at that, it seems. This kid doesn't have a choice - or a hope. I'd love to see some of these "entertainment news" programs grow a pair and say "ya know, Lar old buddy old pal, we're enablers here and this is your intervention. We don't want to contribute any further to screwing up an innocent baby by putting her every movement on our show. (and heaven knows they've filmed enough "daddy changes a diaper" segments that the public's been exposed to a number of the kid's movements. But I digress). If Dannielynn wants to give us an interview when she's of legal age - assuming she's not in rehab, or heck, even better!, if she is - have her give us a call then. Until then, Lar old buddy old pal, get yourself a real job and stop over-exposing your kid."

97. Sure HKS is guilty. He tried to say DannieLynn was HIS when he'd had a "snip job" so he could NOT father a child. Then - Daniel came to see his mother - HKS figured Daniel would get a "cut" of the money from Marshall - and that would never do - so he spiked his OJ and "they say" he committed suicide? sounds good. Now Anna is a mess - and she was probably already dead when he went to see the boat - meanng he wasn't there! sounds good? He flushed all the meds etc. down the john before the police were even there - OR the so-called nurse flushed them?. sounds good. All we know FOR SURE IS THAT HKS WAS PRESENT WHEN BOTH ANNA AND DANEIL DIED. HKS stole from Anna - the house everything. He is a slick guy, and don't forget - he is a lawyer of some sort. NOT criminal - but dumb like a fox! WTH is that slob Vergie doing there? There is no money for her - there is NOTHING FOR HER! WHO is paying for all the trips - new clothes, face lift? ET rags? I don't know why Larry isn't there - unless he doesn't want to testify against HKS or about Anna - but he belongs there - not grinding with some whore!! Maybe he is just counting himself out? Made a deall with HKS? I can't see trhat! The truth will NEVER come oout - as their are too many oaver-ups and the Bahamas isn't smart enogh to deal with this - so the quicker they get the verdict - the better. TOO DAMN BAD.
