66. Good point, TT. (#57). I wrongly assumed people were being accusatory towards Birkhead re: his role in harming Daniel. You are 100% right. He should and could provide insight into the habits of probably all parties, Daniel, mom, and Stern. Maybe now that he is all faux friendly with Stern again, he doesn't want to have to testify against him. And I would bet even money that he definitely does not want to have to see Gramma Evil again.

68. Give me a break about the baby's eye's. She has a crossed eye. It is called amblyopia and is beyond common. If patching the stronger eye doesn't help she will have strabismus surgery to take care of it, THEN likely have to have the "good" eye patched for a while to strengthen the weak one as best possible and that is that. There is nothing he could have been doing at that immediate moment that he couldn't go out to a club for a couple hours. Be real.

69. Good points #47 and #66 annie 2. But Larry should just grin and bare the facts and step up to the plate to preserve Daniel's memory as the innocent victim caught up in Anna Nicole's trainwreck life.

Larry should be proud to tell Dannielynn someday that he did everything in his power to get her away from that destructive home atmosphere and let the world now what really went on her mom's messed up life under the spell of her Svengali - Howard K. Sterm.

75. im with # 10...anna nicole did not want him to have the baby,she wasnt the best mom,butt she new something that we didnt no..(and how dose anyone no hes a good dad)when ever he is out with the baby,he makes a big show...and in her will she didnt leave the baby much,and she can only get it when shw is 18,she didnt leave the dad a dime.....good dad my ass................
