32. Aren't all you holier-than-thou and lecturing non-smokers going to be pi*sed off when you all still die of something, in spite of never having smoked. I'll look for those headlines on TMZ, too. I just love some anal moralistic Mommy telling me how I should live when I'm long past the age of majority. All of you Gladys Kravitz/Mrs. Olsen types really need to MYOB.

35. Oh by gosh.....I can't believe a pretty woman like her would smoke. It totally makes her UNATTRACTIVE to me. I'm disappointed. Can just imagine what she smell's like.....YUK! Hey Catherine, quit smoking for a few days, then your sense of smell will return. Then when you pass a smoker in a store or something, you can think, ooohhh, I use to smell like that! 36. i thought she was alright at first, when i started watching Grey's or Gray's...now i can't watch it at all. they have all been out and had way too much face time.

knocked up was horrible.

I think she's got nice hair and a good face, but her teeth are oddly slanted...and i can't stand seeing her with her teeth showing.

37. TMZ, who are you to say she is a PROUD smoker? That's rather presumptuous, to say the least!!

It's been 15 years since I quit. I would be dead or very sick if I hadn't quit. But I was never PROUD to smoke. I was addicted and I hated it. Luckily, I was able to quit through sheer willpower -- I finally wanted to be a non-smoker more than I wanted to smoke.

It's nasty. People who smoke reek of it and don't even know it.

40. After 25 years of smoking, I quit 3 years ago. I will never smoke again, but I can tell you, that cigarette looks REALLY good! Maybe some day Katherine will wake up and decide she doesn't need it. So in the meantime, enjoy it!

Do we, as a society, walk up to FAT people and tell them they really need to quit eating?
Then why do people think its acceptable to make comments about someone’s smoking habit?

42. Yuck. She must stink to high heaven, her breath, her clothes reeking like fecal matter. If she wants to get cancer, a heart attack or lug around an oxygen tank and die many years younger (like my mom did), that's her deak. These rich celebrities have more money than they know what to do with and you'd think they'd want to be around to enjoy all that wealth as long as possible but I guess not....Mary Kate, Britney, Lindsay......

43. she'll get fat if she stops and she needs an excuse to pose. also, she's too over everything to actually engage in meaningful conversation with anyone (like her husband/"family") other than the person fronting her next project, but hey, it's like chill and her career is, like, popping. it's essentially all about her endgame. she's got several projects in her wheelhouse.

44. I don't like her as an actress but Who Cares if she smokes? People are dying of drug overdoses, getting DUI's and going to jail and flash their body parts at every chance in the media. Smoking is legal people! Get over yourselves and your holier than thou attitudes. I bet you do something that your family and friends HATE too but you don't care!

45. To 28 & 38: She was raised as a Mormon, but has not lived by the Mormon beliefs for years. But regardless of anyone's religion, smoking is stupid. She won't last long in the entertainment industry because she'll be wrinkling up soon. Younger, prettier girls will replace her. She's so overrated anyway.
