I would have never, ever recognized him. I don't think he looks bad. A nice looking, older man. But still unrecognizable. Loved his 80s songs. Good times.

#7....THAT WASN'T VERY NICE! IN FACT, IT WAS JUST ICKY. WHAT A MEAN THING TO SAY!! OKAY, NOW THAT I'VE SCOLDED #7, I'D LIKE TO SAY THAT I'VE NOTICED A LOT OF PEOPLE COME TO THE DEFENSE OF PETER. THAT'S NICE TOO SEE. MOST OF THE PICTURES ON THIS SITE HAVE CAPTIONS THAT ARE NOT NICE...TO PUT IT LIGHTLY. IF WE KNOW ABOUT THE DIFFERENT CAUSES PETER'S GIVEN HIS TIME AND MONEY TO, IF YOU'RE A FAN OF HIS MUSIC, OR JUST PLAIN LIKE THE GUY, WE SEE THIS STORY AS (FOR LACK OF A BETTER TERM) MEAN. ONLY THEN DO WE FEEL DEFENSIVE AND, THANKFULLY, COME TO HIS DEFENSE. IN THE WORDS OF LUKE SKYWALKER "I KNOW THERE'S STILL GOOD IN YOU...THE EMPIROR HASN'T DRIVEN IT FROM YOU FULLY" HA . THESE STORIES OR COMMENTS TO GO WITH THESE PICTURES BY THE PEOPLE AT TMZ OR US WEEKLY ARE USUALLY ALL MEAN...NO MATTER WHO THE STORY'S ABOUT.....AND IF THE HOLLYWOOD STARLET WHO'S BEEN ALL OVER THE NEWS,(CAN'T SAY 'TABLOIDS' BECAUSE THIS STUFF'S ON THE LOCAL NEWS TOO) HADN'T BEEN HOUNDED, SPYED ON, AND HUMILIATED BY THE PAPARAZZI, SHE PROBABLY WOULDN'T FEEL SO SAD, THEN DEPRESSED, THEN FEEL LIKE HAVING A FEW DRINKS, DRINKING TOO MUCH ALCOHOL AND ENDING UP ON THE FRONT PAGE OF A GOSSIP MAGAZINE. HOW SAD WE'VE BECOME. LET'S QUIT WITH THE COLD PRICKLYS AND START WITH THE WARM FUZZIES. PEACE TO ALL!

Kinda shows that people can only look 'young' for so long. And so what? When he did the "Sledgehammer'" video he was covered with makeup anyway! By 1992, he looked his real age,

Oh and one more thing, Harvey Levin looks all Botoxed up on the TMZ shows. At 43, he will have to start getting it by the truckload.

I will be glad to see the day when Harvey, Perez Hilton, and 'the Hills' brats are called "old", Oh wait Harvey already is!

I saw him live a few years ago (in addition to playing the classic hit stuff, he also was promoting THREE albums from the past few previous years!) and even though he looked different from what I saw of him on MTV, he still "has the touch" - to quote his 1982 song. The newer songs weren't very familiar but the evening never got boring. The show was always at least interesting and P.G. played alot of instruments, some that I didn't recognize at all. For his age he looks good, and more importantly sounds good. He is a tremendously talented individual who will be remembered well 100 years from now. The corporate pop divas and cookie cutter "stars" of today cannot make that claim. The band Extreme says that they'll "be gone tomorrow. Hip today..." but Peter Gabriel has made history, he's unique and his legacy will last forever.
