40. A little ragin' here not some dopey aww comment: Cancelled 2 years in a row? Is Horizon the promoter retarded or do they just have their heads up their behinds. If they don't know what the hell they're doing , get off the pot and let someone w/ half a brain run it. The person in charge of getting the permit should be immediately fired. They had this planned for a year but couldn't get as permit in time?? What the _ _ _ _ ! And blaming the Town is a total p---y move.
