Britney was Cucumber Calm -- Almost Kumbaya

Unlike the last time she was committed, this time around Britney Spears was all about peace and silence as she waited for cops and paramedics to take her away.

At her home earlier in the evening, we're told Sam Lutfi informed Brit he had been working with her psychiatrist and the cops, and she would be going back to the hospital. At that point, we're told, Lynne Spears became extremely upset and accused Lutfi of trying to control her daughter. Brit then told everyone to "shut up," saying "I'll do what I need to do."

After that, Britney demanded complete silence. She sat on the floor and began passing notes to Lutfi, Adnan and others as they waited for the cops and emergency workers. Utterly different from the last time.

17. God Bless You Britney. I hope you get the help you need. Bipolar disorder is extremely dangerous! You need to get well so you can be a mother to your kids. They are growing up without you and you can never get those years back again! One day they will grow up and be told what happened when they were little and if I were you, I'd want them to know that I overcame it and I was there for them. Please stay this time and let them help you!

21. At the heart of it this story is about a desperate mother who had two boys too close together. She is trying to get over post partum depression with the whole world watching. I say leave her alone. As a survivor of PPD myself, I know how hard it must be. You are taking delight in another persons misery. That is sick. If she is honest about her disorder she can overcome the depression. Leave this poor woman in her own misery. Pray she finds her way out of this horrible maze.

22. There is something to do with TMZ, Sam, and even Britney here regarding making money. They're all tying it into the marketing and timing so that they all benefit from what transpires as you can see the details involved as the story evolves. Makes for good reading. Some people love to read this stuff and they all know it including Britney. You make money where you can get it and they sure got it. Britney is wacked out but she agrees totally when there is more money and celebrity involved. She doesn't need to be rushed to the hospital, she only needs intervention. It is all a big bucks plan.

23. This girl is going to end up dead. Her boys won't have a mother. The whole thing is sad that it's for everbody to witness but bad parenting and mental illness happens to lots of people just in this case the cameras follow her everywhere.

I don't think anything bad of Kevin.....unlike most people....I think even if he wanted her $$$ he seems to have stepped up to the parenting plate......

25. Don't they realize that fighting around Britneywill only make things worse for her? She is already having emotional problems. They need to all work together and let her know they are there for her. This is about Britney getting better, not who gets to have control over her.

26. #16 Yes, she is possessed, by the meth. She had been up since Saturday, she went peacefully because she was about to drop. I bet she will sleep the first 3 days she is there. I was into meth for over 25 years and seen about all there is to see. She is someone who CAN overcome it , IF she wants to. But I bet she doesn't.

29. That's truly sad. It sounds like the "real" Britney is seeing that she does need to take the help she has been offered. A very good step in the right direction. I hope and pray that she comes out strong and is back to normal after she seeks treatment. GOD BLESS YOU BRITNEY SPEARS
