Sources inside UCLA Medical Center tell TMZ Britney checked into the facility using an alias. We will not divulge the name, but what happened inside is bizarre.

Our sources say Britney said she was on Adderall, a stimulant used to treat Attention Deficit Disorder, and was taking up to ten laxatives a day. Side note -- cameras caught Spears a few days ago picking up a bagful of laxatives.

We're also told, when she was admitted, Britney accused her mom of "sleeping with my boyfriend." She wasn't specific on who she was referring to.

We're also told that for a time she was hurling profanities at her parents and staff.

423. I feel sorry for her bet she is has manic depression (BIPOLAR DISORDER) with post patum pychosis. She is probably taking laxatives to try to lose wight since hollywood is all about being THIN and medications for BPD can cause you to gain weight.

424. Wellbutrin is used for depression If you have bipolar disorder take drugs only for depression such as pozac, wellbutrin or add/adhd it can actualy make symptms of bbd worse. Not everyone that as BPD has deep depression cycles. Do your research.

428. Ah! Correctol! The bulimics choice in laxatives! Seriously, Britney needs to be taken somewhere far away from the limelight! I was diagnosed as bipolar at 20 and have been thru a number of things that Brit is going thru now. She needs time to get adjusted to the right meds and time to learn new coping mechanisms. It sometimes takes months to years to get the right combination of meds to work. This is somethng that will not be resolved in a 72hr protective custody hold. Britney needs some major time away AND she needs to be surrounded with people who are trustworthy.

432. I must admit, we've enjoyed talking about ehr and having a laugh att he pub over her antics....but now it's getting creepy. I am feeling for her. She definately is ill. My heart goes out to her mother and Father. It must be hell to watch their child go through this.

We're no longer making jokes about her in the pub. We hope she pulls through and can find happiness in her life. We're all human beings looking for happiness.

435. You know I have watched all of this crazy mess and I for one want to say that I hope Britney is going to be ok. I have watched videos of Kevin driving like an idiot with the children in the car but NOTHING has been said about that crap!! You all act like Kevin is SUCH a saint!! NOT!!!!! I mean do you guys really want another Anna Nichole on your hands or how about another Princess Dianna situation?? I mean you can tell me she takes ten laxatives a day so I figured you could tell me how many times she actually took a crap. Oh and I was also wondering if all of you jerks could tell me why you think JUST because some one is a star that it means you can know everything that goes on in their lives? I can promise you one thing, if I was a family member of Britney's, I would get rid of all of the people who hurt her and sell her out!! You guys would have issues getting ANY information on her personal life!! Oh I was wondering one last thing, how many times have YOU taken a crap today???!!!?????
