33. I've been through this with a friend. She's bipolar and she's manic. She needs medication badly. But it's hard to get these people the help that they need because they are sooo delusional that have no clue that anything is wrong with them. And you can't just force a grown adult to get help, like you can a child. She needs to be strapped down in the Psych ward and given lots of medication. There is no other way if she wants to get better. Like I said I've been through this with a good friend, and it is very treatable and they can get better 100%, the hardest part is just initially getting them committed.

38. not really bizarre compared to her past behavior. sounds like she's trying to lose some weight-taking Adderrall reduces appetite and gives you energy and focus. As for the laxatives, if she's up to 10 a day, she's been on them a while.
i am glad she's getting the help she needs. if she is bipolar she will need medication (and apparently close supervision by an adult-not her manager, boyfriend, or friends) and therapy to better understand her illness.

41. Ok. This all makes sense now. She's not crazy and she is dealing with the side effects of Adderall. It will keep you up as it is a stimulant. It is an Amphetamine. That's why she hasn't slept since Saturday. It also sounds like she wants to lose weight. She is taking the Adderall and the laxatives to lose weight.

Side Effects:
Dryness of the mouth, unpleasant taste, diarrhea, constipation, other gastrointestinal disturbances. Anorexia and weight loss may occur as undesirable effects.

Instead of losing weight, she is acting like she is on crack. IE: Driving around erraticly, laughing one minute, crying the other. What she really needs is to get off of these meds and see a Nutrionist if she wants to lose weight. That means no more fast food.
