91. The National Alliance on Mental Illness is pleading for Spears' privacy during her treatment.

Executive director Michael Fitzpatrick has condemned the "media circus and reckless speculation" surrounding the health of the singer.

He also criticised the professional ethics of mental health experts who are not directly involved in her diagnosis or treatment, but speak to the media about her case

Roy Peter Clark, vice-president of the Poynter Institute, a leading center of journalism training and ethics, wrote in an on-line column: "One of the terrible side effects of America's celebrity and media culture is a pervasive cynicism about addiction and mental illness...We are all complicit….I'm no Puritan when it comes to gossip, and I've grown up reading the tabloids, but there is clearly a danger zone, when life and health are at stake, when the best thing the press can do is back off. That time for Spears is probably now."

93. What some of you really don't get is that NONE OF US HERE really know the EXACT reason that Justin sought some help. Any celebrity is going to make an official statement to the prying press!

Justin Chambers is NOT going to spell out every reason for his visit -- and it's NONE OF OUR BUSINESS, quite frankly.

It's sickening how many of you put him down for getting help when you have no idea what is really going on. All I can say is GOOD FOR HIM!!

And to the person who is pissed that he used his healthcare for this reason, well, like you, I don't have healthcare either, but I DO NOT put JC down for using his. Quite frankly, by dealing with issues when they're DEAL-ABLE, you get better and need LESS CARE later, hopefully. Preventative care is a GOOD thing! It just blows me away how so many people, armed with no real facts, are so damn quick to accuse.

Good for Justin for getting it together in a way that works for him.

94. At least he went in voluntarly to get help with his stress. This was the same thing that killed Heath Ledger. If Heath would had done this, maybe he would still be alive. I am sure being an actor and celebrity is stressful. Justin Chambers did good by admitting himself before it went to far. I hope he is ok!

99. % kids no wonder the poor guy is exhausted. It is good to see someone of his stature admitting there is a problem and got help for it.
