Does anyone really think, that IF this guy had Britney sign anything to grant him decision making rights at Cedars last month during her last 5150 hold, and while she was taking medication that could impare her judgement that it would hold in court? In a court of law it will reinforce the opinion that he is trying to take advantage of and control a mentally ill person. He is serious trouble. A Bottom feeder extraordinaire. And during her trauma, what does he do? Feed to media and gossip webpages classified information.

125. A Court Order should be issued appointing a Guardian ad litem eliminating both parents and Lutfi completing. A Court Order should also be issued appointing the Trust Dept. of a bank to oversee her financial affairs. All information can be obtained from the financial statements filed with the Court in the divorce. The bank would know the exact amount of money coming in, and how much is going out in bills, and pay them for her. Neither Britney's parents, and certainly not Lutfi, should EVER be in control of her funds. These two appointments would eliminate the power plays between parents and Lutfi - they would be bystanders, and nothing more. This would give the professionals a chance to do their job and help Britney medically, and protect her financial assets during this time without outside negative influences between parents, Lutfi, and anyone else. Regardless, families trump enablers, when it comes to illnesses. WTF is he thinking.

While Brit may have parental problems, I am sure that they want to see her well, not running amok with all of her male friends and the pap urging her on.

I still say that K-fed left cuz she was a nutcase.

Hopefully she will get all the help that she needs but i say she will be out this weekend and we get another chance to watch her kill herself or someone else. WHY isn't she getting picked up by the police when she is driving so crazily???? cuz she is Brit?

129. I really can't stand Tom Cruise, he's an arrogant Pr**k. But he is right about vitamins and nutrition.Right now Britney needs someone to take care of those issues for her properly. What kind of idiot brings someone In and Out burgers and soda to a Hospital? Isn't this the same guy who took her laxative shopping last week? Yeah how about Binge and purge as a healthy diet. WTF?

133. So, what's wrong with him bringing her some of her favorite food? The woman is in the hospital, she doesn't deserve to have something brought in that she might enjoy? It's Britney's family that have been planting all the stories about him, I believed them right up until she was admitted this last time and now I think he might be the good guy and her parents just don't want to accept their own guilt in ruining this girl's life. It is so much easier just to blame someone else. Effing trailer trash, parenting book indeed!

134. #124 said it best. The only way Brit's best interests will be served is having an advocate/guardian appointed to make the decisions that will benefit Britney's well being and recovery. And a trustee to oversee her finances. Some of her problems with her family started when she realized that she was the gravy train/meal ticket. As for Lynne wanting to bring her back to Louisiana, that is insane itself. The medical, and mental health in particular, providers and facilities are stretched beyond their limits now (both public and private). And the acrimony between the two will not bode well for her recovery being locked up in Kentwood with her mother. Where was Lynne the earlier this month when Brit went was commited on a 5150? She was doing a photo op at the grave of her sister in Louisiana instead of going out to L.A. to deal with the crisis. It all comes down to money, and who can control it. And a fear that if her mother gets control over her finances and is able to force her to go to Louisiana it would be just as easy to keep her confused and unwell to maintain control.....that last bit is a hypothetical, but not out of the realm of being a serious concern.

Who the ef does he think he is to get medical authority over brit? no matter how self-centered, money hungry, and low class lynne spears is, she is still britney's mother and should have all the say in Brit's treatment. If Sam had it, he would bow to Britney and help her escape if she throws a tantrum. He doesn't care about her well being, she is his meal ticket. End of story. Wouldn't you hang around someone that rich all the time if you know she is not in her right mind and can get whatever, and I mean whatever, you want off her? AND you have no heart?
