21. Why would Kaplan need to get a hold of her medical reoords? And why would he leak them to the public? He would lose his license to practice law in about 10 seconds flat. Not only that, but he has plenty of dirt on Britney throughout these custody proceedings, and he hasn't leaked any of it, nor has K-Fed sold his stories for the millions they're worth.

To all you Britards that think this is about getting a hold of her money, a conservator is a fiduciary people, and that means the conservator has a legal duty to act in the best interests of the subject (i.e. Britney). If either conservator attempted to do any self-dealing (which means to get rich off Britney) they would be in some serious trouble.

What do you want them to do? Let her crazy @ss spend, spend, spend until there's nothing left to get her help and nothing left for her kids? Seriously.

25. Hurrah! so glad they did this... but why Jamie Lynn? I guess it has its good and bad... I mean on one hand she is a little pregnant girl, but at the same time other than that so far she has done ok with her life AND more importantly I think Brit will be comfortable with her being in that position as opposed to her father or even her mom.

Just so glad that Leechy Lufti is gone. I didn't think Adnan was sooo bad, comparitively. any word on if they will put an order on him would be nice. Maybe her parents and such will let him see her just so she can have a 'man' around..?

27. I agree with Michelle, I am very happy that help is finally arrived for this very ill woman. It is long overdue for Britney and it is good to see Sam and the other sponges out of the picture. Kudos to the psychiatrist who had the balls to stand and deliver the help that Brit needed so desperately. I know Brits mom and dad will do the right thing and get their daughter on the road to recovery and just maybe a good and happy life. God bless the Spears family.

30. I hate to say this because i've been such a loyal britney fan but yeah i think her parent's need to have control of her estate at this time. They need to return that black mercedes that she just purchased. And they need to return the house that she bought within the same week that you guys havent' reported on i just read the headline "Britney Spears Buys New House: Britney Spears Hermosa Beach Home $6 Million" I wish her luck.
