Judge to Sam -- Stay Away from Britney!

The judge in the hearing today has issued a restraining order against Sam Lutfi -- ordering him to stay away from Britney Spears.

The judge found that Lutfi has been harassing Britney. Thus the civil harassment restraining order.

This will effectively bar Lutfi from going to the hospital.

The restraining order is in effect for 22 days, but court observer and uber-attorney Goldie Schon tells TMZ that Brit's folks could turn it into a permanent order at the end of those 22 days.

16. I've got a suggestion... there's so much focus on the recent tragedies in Britney Spears' life, let's take some time and focus on one of her many triumphs. Super Bowl XXXV was a great half-time show, with Britney, Mary J. & "The Boys" rockin' the house!!!! Show a little support tomorrow and include this video during your half-time festivities.

28. This really isn't fair to Lufti. I mean, he did his own work to get into Britney's life and to deal with her. He is entitled to some of her money. Women try to sucker men all the time to get their cash. Good for him AND K-Fed for getting a piece of the pie back.
