Judge to Sam -- Stay Away from Britney!

The judge in the hearing today has issued a restraining order against Sam Lutfi -- ordering him to stay away from Britney Spears.

The judge found that Lutfi has been harassing Britney. Thus the civil harassment restraining order.

This will effectively bar Lutfi from going to the hospital.

The restraining order is in effect for 22 days, but court observer and uber-attorney Goldie Schon tells TMZ that Brit's folks could turn it into a permanent order at the end of those 22 days.

62. WHY?? It was SAM who worked with the shrink & lawyers to get her into the hospital - LYNN tried to talk her OUT OF GOING! Lynn was so worried about what admitting Britney's mental illness would do to her career that she encouraged her to self medicate & be quiet about it. Also, she has not done enough to help Britney with her kids - she's probably happy that they are with loser-Fed so she has an excuse to see HIM when she visits the kids.

69. Looks like a good move, but I think Lufti is just gonna be one of many in line to take advantage of this trainwreck. Of course there's the "boyfriend" who is trying to get her "knocked-up" - DUH... he's seeing baby DOLLAR SIGNS... better get a restraining order against him next... but there will be others... there will always be someone waiting to take advantage of this sick, feeble-minded little girl. Just like the terrorists who convinced that Downs Syndrome woman to strap a bomb to herself and blow all those people up in the marketplace in Bagdad yesterday. There are certain people who have no proplem taking adbantage of the mentally disadvantaged and/or ill. Britney will always be a target.

73. I feel guilty for not believing Britney was really sick. I think her parents are feeling guilty, too, and this is their flesh and blood fricking daughter.
