31. I sure wouldn't trust Trope and Trope!!!! Remember......isn't that the same law firm that Stern was involved with in all the ANS mess??? So it stands to reason that Trope and Trope would be on Sam's side. Seems T & T likes taking on mental clients (Britney and ANS) and helping the men in their lives take over!!!!

32. I'm glad that it seems that something is finally being done for this young woman.

And the last thing that she needs in her life is the law firm of Trope & Trope and Sam the Looser.
I tell ya, anyone that represents that represents Howard K. Stern in my book is a big red flag. And, ole Sam is trying to follow in Stern's footsteps also IMO.
He was doing his best to alienate Britney from all her family and trusted people, just as we saw in the Anna Nicole Smith. I guess he thought if one could get away with it, that he could also.

Hang in the Family Spears ~ Get rid of the leaches that have attached themselves to your daughter.
You are doing the right thing by trying to get rid of Trope Law Firm, and by already closing the door to Sam L.

33. Good, get rid of Trope and Trope, they wanted out to begin with in the first place and they've done a crummy job representing their client. Their supposed to work in HER best interest not THEIRS OR SAM'S!

BTW, who the hell is leaking all of Britney's business all over the internet? TMZ, I like knowing the "what's happening," but your stories are starting to look like Tabloid fodder.

34. I think that Jamie has his foot in the door, so to speak, now and he will run with this and clean this mess up once and for all. At least if he is any kind of father he will fight tooth and nail for his daughter's welfare, and if that means firing the divorce lawyers then more power to him. Use your balls man, handle this properly!

35. Per #29: I'm from Kissimmee/Osceola County. Their court system sucks. Bi-polar does exist, ask the CDC. Osceola county and their judges are a bunch of hicks anyway. I'm glad my father went through the Orange County Court System for his divorce.

36. Let's think about this. The judge's order put a conservator and Britney's father in charge of her finances and health. This leaves Trope and Trope out of the loop and away from the dollars. They can't have so they find a way to keep their fat fingers in Britney's till. Sickening. So they tie themselves to that gawdawful loser Sam?? Their ethics are showing!!

38. As a mother of a 28 yr old I can tell you that if it were my child I would take control, NOBODY ELSE WOULD, so in defense of her parents they are only doing what comes naturally to them as parents. I only hope that Brit comes around and appreciates what her parents did for her.

40. #5 Legal Eagle, that's good news, conflict of interest, thank God, Jamie Spears clean up your daughters life please, T & T have done nothing to help your Daughter, T & T are just getting rich, and K K K Kevin Kaplin Klan are just getting rich, all of them should be ashamed for putting Britney through hell and back and all the while knew she is not well, all of Britneys fans are praying for you Jamie and your Daughter, you need to also take the car keys and bank cards off Sam, you also have to shut his mouth from talking to the meadia about Britney and her family, and how the heck did Britney find out that Jamie is in charge ?

41. The court needs to assign a totally disinterested third party to act as conservator. No parents. [If I am not mistaken, Spears herself can ask the judge to do this.]
The court needs to issue restraining orders against everyone Spears knows, deals with, and her family. Only allow her access to her psychiatrist and an attorney that she approves [although it's doubtful she'll ever find one she likes.....and if she does, doubtful the attorney will take on repping her.]

I'm wondering if custody attorneys T&T might just say the hell with it and tell the court they REALLY want to be released from representing Spears.

I AM SO, SO, SO SICK AND TIRED OF HEARING ABOUT THE PROBLEMS SHE'S CREATED.

Any one aware that in Iraq two mentally disabled people were used as suicide bombers - unwillingly? Many peopole were killed in a pet market in Baghdad. Really, there's a real world out there. All of us are just as shallow as Spears for reading this crap and giving it unworthy attention.

The psychiatrist should also treat Spears for "chaos addiction" - technically it doesn't exist, but for sure the girl loves chaos around her.

42. Read the post carefully - it says Osama has been in touch with Trope and Trope numerous times. Trope and Trope have not issued a statement - the post is pure speculation. As many people have pointed out, they can't represent Osama and Brit because they have a conflict. This is another attempt by Osama to try to play the victim, when in actuality I bet if TMZ contacted Trope and Trope they would have "no comment" but secretly be thinking "we're finally getting rid of this nut case."

TMZ's source has to be Osama - and what he is telling them is pure garbage.

45. Trope and Trope would really show themselves as being a slimy law firm if they pull that stunt. Whether Britany expressed to them her distaste for her father is unimportant. The girl has mental problems so that statement she made to them or statements means nothing. Isn't this the same law firm Howard K Stern and Larry Birkhead use. So much for their credibility - if they pull that stunt, the Judge will see right through it.
