47. Seems that Sam like Chaos more than Britney did. If he truly cares he should just sit down and shut up. There is a third party involved so he can't keep whining that the family is after her money. Besides, it did not seem that neither Sam nor Britney were handling financial matters too well

51. The latest law firm, Trope and Trope want to keep Lufti in the mix,since he hired them! I pray the judge has enough sense to see that Lufti is another Howard K. Stern, and has no business in Brittney's life. Of course Brittney likes him, he was her enabler...who knows what he did for her or gave her to stay in her good graces? Maybe her parents weren't the best, but they are her parents and love her more than Lufti. Also, Jamie is a hard working chef, not a hanger on, so cut him some slack. The judge will be watching, through the lawyer conservator, so don't worry about Brittney's money....wonder how much Sam has siphoned off????I pray she stays in treatment a long time...if she has her way she will be out in days or weeks like the last 2 times. She is going to die, I'm afraid, if she doesn't get well this time. She is obviously incompetent, and can't make her own decisions. She needs to earn back that right by getting better.

56. No reasonable judge will let this go on. Throw all of them out of her life and appoint a conservator with no relationship to her at all.

Her mother and father are as guilty of abusing her as Lufti or that PaP. Letting her father have access to her money is so wrong, she has had bad blood with him for a long time now.

Appoint a completely neutral conservator, and restrain everyone else when it comes to her money and possessions.

Appoint a neutral conservator for her medical needs, one who has no access to her money.

58. If your rumour-finders are right, then here's an interesting thing from X17 quoting a legal expert - they say:
"Oakes was also quick to point out that Britney does have the legal right to fight the order [i.e. conservatorship], although he made sure to point out that she'd need to present "medical evidence" to do so.
Apparently, it's pretty common for people to fight conservatorship suits, although Mr. Oakes presented the possibility that Britney might instead take her parents' actions as an opportunity to earnestly seek treatment.
Two people who won't be able to fight the suit, however, are Sam Lufti and Adnan Ghalib!"

Therefore, while it would be unethical for Trope & Trope to fight Jamie in Sam's name, they can fight it on Britney's behalf if she asks them. And you know that's probably what that shady Sam is trying to bring about. But could they really - at this stage - present ANY medical evidence to challenge Jamie?


I read somewhere - which made me LMAO - that he says he takes NO MONEY from Britney. Yea right. How does he define free rent & board, free drinks, free parties - shall I go on? Oh, and free publicity.

....and still more speculative crap from TMZ. Aren't there reports on other news sites saying that it was the divorce lawyers who got the parents involved in the first place?

The reason there are so many contradicting reports is because no one really knows, and they are simply speculating to keep the drama going.

Maybe Harvey shouldn't have hitched himself onto Lufti's wagon, Lufti was probably manipulating Harvey as well. We already know that Harvey doesn't check any facts before publishing his stories anyway.

I'm all for regular gossip, you know, who got bounced from Hyde, who fell down drunk after a party, and so on......but there is a line of decency, and when someone is actually ILL, cut them some slack for pete's sake.
