Thank Goodness her family stepped in, someone needs to know where her money is going while she is in this state of lost soulness....her family can pay her bills for her and such instead of worrying about these paps ripping her off.,...and when she commits suicide, they should sue the pants off the pap businesses for pushing her to it...she needs to get the hell out of LA and recover in that beautiful estate she has in Louisiana...so she can get her kids back and have time to enjoy them before they grow up...shes been pushed and used, she needs to recover in peace...go somewhere where no one cares what you wear everyday or how many times you go get gas or coffee...it cant be easy lving like that...such stressors alone can kill, forget what losing her kids has done...then again, we all know she brought that one on herself, by having hardly a care in the world for their well being and that shows by her lack of effort in being in their lives and the best mom she could be, instead of being out caring about her fun more...hope she gets help before its too late...her dad neeeds to stay strong for her, and make her see the light, even against her will....thats what happens when you f'up, you lose everything...this is just a taste of what she has coming to her!

94. They shoulod have appointed a court manager NOT Lufti or her parents. Brit is going to flip out because she knows her Mother is always sucking up to her ex and ow this other thing she is dating. SHe pays for everything in that family and they gave THEM control of her finances? By the time she gets her head on straight they will have half of her money gone. She needs a court appointed consevator. This is BS, At least Lufti got her to a hospital more then her parents did. Then they quickly leave her ass in the hospitial and get to the real thing that matters to them the $$$$$$$$$$$ and you wonder why she went nuts?

95. Lawyers have partners lol They cna handle this for Brit. If Brit has no objections to her lawyers defending Osama it is not a conflict of intrest, He is not charged with a crime. Maybe it is time for someone to find out just where TMZ gets this confidential info? Someone is getting paid for spilling their guts to them.

96. Remember Trope & Trope asked to be removed from the case? So they ain't doing it for the money now, they only continued representing her because she needed it after her last meltdown.

I would never beleive I would say it about a law firm but in someways they might be Britney's most genuine ally.

99. It's appalling that conservatorship was given to anyone in her family. They have never had her interests in mind; they are after her money. The conservator should be an independent trustee who truly represents her best interests--like her law firm.
If her attorneys appeal this ruling, I think they will win.

100. Thanks goodness Britney's doctor stepped in and had her hospitalized BEFORE someone was seriously injured or killed with all her erratic driving at all hours of the day and night. Fingers crossed, this doctor will be able to keep her hospitalized for at least another 14 days PLUS! Britney is not well...anyone watching this no matter what their age has got to have some compassion for this girl. I am sure the police are relieved she is not behind the wheel at the present time.

Hopefully her father will have lawyers take the necessary steps to put some sort of restraining orders against photo agencies plus all paps working for them and independents. They need to work...yes....but from a distance! This has been insane what has been going on. Britney is a part of it, that is for sure. But, she does not have the mental capacity to use good judgement so someone else needs to take this step in her behalf.

As for Sam L....who is this guy? WHAT are his credentials? HOW, exactly, has he helped Britney in any way. She has gone more and more bonkers under his control. Her behavior is more and more eratic since he entered her life. I cannot see any positives that he has instilled. From what seems to have been going on he is a HUGE "YES" man to her increasingly outlandish demands. Goodbye, Sam!

Then there is Trope and Trope. I think they have genuinely tried to handle a completely out of control client and do not have a clue what to do next. Britney has not followed their advice. She is out there free lancing. She is so out of control that one wonders just what her perspective is and this law firm has just lost any grip they have had on her. They have become completely ineffective and I feel certain they recognize this...hence the request to withdraw....which, I understand is still on the table. At some point, they are going to have to have a pow-wow and decide if their representation of Britney is worth all the negatives. It is obvious to any observer that they have not been able to be effective as their client is a 180 degree opposite of them in advice. They never know what to expect. At this point, they need to sever their relationship with Britney and get this SAM guy out of their hair. Of course, her father may do just that for them.....probably much to their relief!

Kevin Federline appears to be the only rational person in all this mess. He knew something the general public did not understand when he went to court originally for full custody. He is the boys FATHER and has every right to protect them!

101. Thank God Sam Lufti, or Lutfi, or whatever his name is, is being removed from Britney's life! Her parents may be messed up, but they are her PARENTS. They know her better than some random hanger-on that's been following her around for what, less than a year?! And it's obvious that Britney's mental state has deteriorated even further since she started hanging out with this guy. He's almost like an abusive boyfriend in the way he tries to control her and isolate her from everyone else. It's sick! And despite his claims that her parents have bad intentions, I don't see THEM talking to Us Weekly and Barbara Walters! How does THAT help Britney? Wonder how much he got paid for those interviews???

104. F#@##k the lawyers!!!!!!!!! Who loves her? her daddy does. This man has never abused his daughter financially, and is her blood. Of course all her family members have profited off her, but that was Britneys choice to give them gifts- when she was sane. I hope he tells them all K-flake and all to go to Hell.
