Tom Brokaw and Phoebe Price have no idea who the other is ... and that's exactly the way it should be.


TMZ witnessed the television news legend and the, uh, actress (?) awkwardly sharing the same paparazzi space outside Mr. Chow last night.

Phoebe is best remembered as the uncredited "Customer in Car" in an episode of "X-Files."
