Dogfight in Court Tomorrow Over Brit

TMZ has learned tomorrow is shaping up to be an all-out war in the Britney Spears conservatorship case. Sources say lawyers for Britney will try to convince the Commissioner that Britney "feels hatred" toward her dad, doesn't trust him and wants him removed as co-conservator.

Here's the way it's gone down this weekend. Yesterday, a lawyer for Trope and Trope (Brit's divorce/custody attorneys) went to UCLA to visit Britney. After being there a short time, one of the staff doctors asked the attorney to leave, because the co-conservators objected to the visit.

Sources say tomorrow, Trope and Trope will appear at the court hearing. Along with attorney Adam Streisand, who specializes in estate law, and ask that both co-conservators be removed. They will argue that the appointment of Jamie in particular is inappropriate given Britney's bitter feelings toward him and that Britney wants him out.

On Friday, the Commish appointed Jamie Spears and attorney Andrew Wallet as co-conservators. Trope lawyers and Streisand will ask that both conservators be replaced.

Sources say the Trope firm will not object to a conservatorship for Britney, but they'll ask that a different conservator be appointed. We're told the Trope lawyers and Streisand have not finalized who they want to replace the current conservators.

16. What Britney needs ( and this is only my opinion)
1. A very good Dr.
2. A trust account set up through a bank which would not only safeguard her money but invest it as well. From what I have heard, she does not invest the money she has.
3. A strong support system. You have the old saying, you can pick your friends and not your family, hey, we all have problems and NOONE will be giving the Spears "the parent of the year award" but whether late or not, I think they want to be that support system. Her circle of friends seem to be of unfathomable character as far as I can see.
4. a very good publisist firm to manage her, not her career. Their job is to try to control what is said and done with their client and put out "fires" caused by the client. Rosie had a great one for many years. When she left her employ, then you saw what you talk about.
5. Her career put on the back burner for now. You can only tackle so many things at one time.
6. Reputable hired help ( asst. housekeeper, driver etc.) And make sure your atty drew up the confidentually clauses!

The problem is not the media as everyone would like to assume. Britney seeks the attn. Many high profile people live here in Los Angeles without the media as a constant companion. That's where your asst comes in, let him/her do the errands for you! There are grocery stores that her hpousekeeper could call in an order and it be DELIVERED to her, rather than her going shopping. Their employees are held to confidentually agreements as well.

It's easy to sit in jusgement and I don't know Ms. Spears or her parents, but I do know that you can live a peaceful life in Los Angeles if you want to.

19. me

I'm sure someone will come along and explain legally, but it is my understanding that a hearing took place in the psych ward where Britney got to learn her rights and express her wishes. A judge attended, probably along with Trope and Trope, I'm not sure. Also don't forget that Britney made phone calls from the ward payphone, only way she coud talk, and probably called Sam who filled her in. He is also tight with Trope and Triope as he helped them and orchestrate Britney's intervention, Trope and Trope contacted her mother and got her out here.

That's all I'm certain of.

20. Never trust a celebrity lawyer. Money, money money. there are hundreds of decent lawyers out there, but this Trope and Trope firm sounds unqualified with their recent actions. If Sam shows up tomorrow, will he be accused of removing the "stolen" items? Did he ever get served with the restraining order? Oh my, tomorrow will be interesting. now all we need is Gloria Alred coming in to represent Britney. Let the games begin!

21. She is sick. Who cares if she doesnt like her dad? SHe married KFED for crying out loud! SHe shouldnt have a say at this point. her dad is her dad. he loves her unconditionally even if he and Lynne have made mistakes as parents. all parents make mistakes. but they want want the best for their child. not sam Lufti or Adnan or KFed. end of story.

24. In my mind, there is no reason at all for T&T to be visiting her right now and pressuring her. She is under a 14 day evaluation and is ruled to be not able to make her own decisions right now. Get them out of there! And didn't they represent Howard Stern??? Scary. First they wanted out, now they are dealing with Sam and want in. Forget it. Commish, tell them to take a seat and stay out of this, they have no part in this now. Later on when more divorce and custody rulings are decided, fine. But not now. Leave her and Jamie alone and let her family get her the help she needs without trying to interfere with her and pressure her. Sam should be totally out of the picture and if T&T are in it with him, so should they.

25. #25 thats a great point. the last thing a mental patient needs is to be dealing with her lawyers about her custody battle. she needs to concentrate on getting well

26.

He was soo long out of her life I didn't know she even had a living father.
It was like he was so out of the picture he was dead or something.

29. Agree with previous poster - Britney has gotten what she "wants" for a long time now - and she is an absolute mess. She is obviously not in her right mind and hasn't been for some time. It should not be up to her to have a say in any of this right now - because she's out of her mind (hence the 14 day extension of her involuntary commitment.) The judge should not make ANY changes. Screw Trope & Trope - they don't care about her. She's their client. They wanted to dump her a few weeks ago. Her parents may be far from perfect - but give me a break - they obviously care about her very, very much - and want her to be well and healthy - and able to be a mother to their grandkids.
