Yeah, I saw this story on Friday's tmz. During the story it became obvious to me that Harvey is gay. He seemed repulsed by the hetero porn while he was sucking on his phallic coffee straw. The only people I've ever seen drink coffee from a straw are past middle aged women who own cats. Harvey, you're the one who looks lke a fool here.

TMZ showcases what it does best: attempting to make something "newsworthy" when it is neither interesting NOR shocking. I don't even like the guy, but TMZ's inexcusable invasion of Rappaport's privacy for no reason makes him a sympathetic victim. One has to wonder -- how would Harvey enjoy this sort of treatment?
