And someone with a long running reality show, a book, several business ventures, fragrances, movie roles and a music album is "famous for nothing"? Then who the hell is famous for anything then? Because obviously acting, writing and singing don't count with you people (or maybe you just don't research who you're bashing). You people make me sick and the jealousy is so pathetic.

Let’s keep things honest here. What few "fans" Hilton has seem to have a hard time doing this. The long running reality show was cancelled twice; the only reason she got this gig was because of her porn tape and flagrant exhibitionism. Her several business ventures consist of leasing the Hilton name, which she shills shamefully because she has no talent, to manufacturers who do all of the work. She has created and designed nothing. She has known for a long time that she is not an heiress -- a fact that she also kept from the media and the public. Her album sold miserably because of the lack of respect so many people have for her. She received her movie roles, once again, because of that porno tape and the attention it garnered, juxtaposed against the "heiress" myth. She used the fame of that tape and the Hilton name in ways that are repugnant. Her performances were terrible, and the critics panned them justifiably.

Ms. Hilton's public behavior has been cheap and narcissistic over the years. Her ridiculous behavior when she went to jail; the way she laid to the judge, Larry King...the list is endless. She uses the media, and the public as well, to buy merchandise that is not her own. That such a user and take with no apparent talent of her own can garner respect from anyone is absurd.

No one actually hates Ms. Hilton, but the disrespect they have for her is more than understandable. Your posturing is dishonest, and toadying. Your exaggerations are insulting to anyone who has a discerning, honest character.

70. I forgot to add one thing: Her below-average intellect is well known. She often talks about her world travels, yet is the most globally unaware, uninvolved person out there. This “sweet” person makes money by selling herself to drunken crowds in Vegas, yelling profanities such as “I want to f__k you all,” yet holds herself up as a role model for the youth of our country.
