TMZ shot Mr. Ghalib entering UCLA, but it is unknown if he was actually able to see her. He was overheard saying something into his cell phone about "while they're in court."

I don’t know but it seems to me that Adnan worked with the family to get her to the hospital.
While Sam was taking her here-n-there all messed-up and in various stages of undress, Adnan seem to be consoling her.
If Britney never made it to the hospital for that mental evaluation, her child custody case would have been dead in the water.
I think it’s more likely Britney refused to see him because she believes he betrayed her.
