76. They did not want Jamie Lynn at the hearing because it would look bad on Britney's family to have a prego baby sister at the hearing. The judge would say if you cannot handle a teen girl like that how can you take care of Britney? Grandpa was brought off his rocker to speak to the court because grandpaws are believable. Even though I bet Britney has not talked to him in years. If so she would have went to grandpaws and held up for awhile. They all need help. They could put her money under a bank trust for awhile? With a bank board no way would her money go anywhere. Why would her dad need any money for her? Leave enough to pay the lights and water... plus lots of dog food and shut the money down tight.

77. I for one, think they should start harassing her kids. They are 1 and 2 years of age. It would be a good time for the paps to emotionally and physically screw them up for the rest of their lives, but what would it matter, they dont wouldnt have a mother because the paps would already have her in the ground, then they can bury them right next to her by the time they reach grammar school. that would make a great story there!!! go paps...start harassing people who are on your mentality level and you will really have a story then.

79. Phjma, So tell me, how far did you go in school? Did you get a high school diploma or did you have to get a GED? If you divorced the jackass who got you pregnant then it seems to me that you haven't done all that well for yourself. I got a BA, waited till I was 23 to get married, waited a while to start my family, have been married to the same man for more than 25 years, own my own house, my husband earns 6 figures a year and we're going to put our kids through college without financial aid. All because I wasn't stupid enough to spread my legs at 15. How do you like them apples? Frankly, you're an idiot and I'll bet you're raising your kids to follow in the same idiot footsteps as you did. Please get your tubes tied ASAP. We already have enough idiots on this planet.

I agree that adoption is a good alternative to abortion if you are morally opposed to abortion. There are always families who want a child to love and can't have one of their own.

81. It is such a shame to see that people would want someone murder a innocent child all because they are a teen and pregnant. I applaud Jamie-Lynn for keeping this child, she is doing the 100% right thing. I got pregnant at 16 and no it is not easy but here I am now turning 21 tomorrow and am in College and have a job.

Jamie-Lynn is 16, I think she is totally capable of understanding everything going on and is able to choose what she wants to do, especially seeing as she has two nephews whom are babies. I think her keeping her baby is sending a good message to all these young girls who end up getting pregnant. It is telling them to take responsibility for there actions and that having sex as a teen can lead to pregnancy. I think people assume just because Jamie-Lynn is pregnant every single one of her fans are going to all of a sudden want a baby and that is not the case.

86. first of all this is 2008. if you havnt noticed teens having babies is alot more common these days. it may not be right, they may not be ready but stop acting like Jamie is the only teenager pregnant. the only reson everyone cares so damn much is because shes a celebrity and noone has anything better to do then to worry about whats going on in others peoples lives. EVERY family has problems.. i guess u people juss run on here and comment on someone elses family because you dont feel liek dealing with yours. no family is perfect andthere are thousands of people who r bipolar, and who have mental breakdowns and so on and get pregnant are they all over hte news??? nope... why dpesnt everyone worry about there own damn problems and own damn life.. maybe u all needa get one
