46. Who says that Sam will listen this time. He didn't last time and was still in contact with her. I will also bet that the police investigation into the break in of Brittny's house was Sam as well. The house was gotten into while the family was all in court and Sam wasn't there. He knew the restraining order was coming and wanted to get something to have over Brittney. He is probably the one that has the tapes that were taken, who else would know where they were and when no one would be at the house. He is a real opportunistic user who is getting caught up in his own game. I am glad the commissioner say through the new lawyer for what he is as well and didn't believe that Brittney had contacted him. She should be locked up for a long time till she gets totally well and can function in life.

47. Here's my question. Who has been handling her finances all along? Surely Britney isn't smart enough to handle
40 million dollars and 15 businesses she supposedly has and Sam hasn't been around long enough to do this so who has been doing it all these years long before that leech Sam came into the picture. If they've done a good job, why can't Jaime and the Court Appointed Attorney allow them to continue. Too many unanswered questions. Why is Trope and Trope sticking their collectives noses into her personal financies and businesses. Their job is curtosdy issues only. Something is fishy, very fishy. I would fight to get rid of Trope and Trope. If they have Howard K. Stern as a client, you know they are a low class law firm.

56. To Dad is crazier than Brit - thanks for explaining that. I don't think I would want someone other than Jaime and the court appointed attorney to be concervators - but I would want the conservators to continue to use the bank and business mgr she has always used. Dad is not going to go on a spending spree - he doesn't want her money nor more than I would. He wants his daughter to be healthy. If you are not a parent, you can't understand that but turning over conservatorship to a bank and the business mgr - no, nope don't like that idea.

57. Thank god, its about time people that love Brit get control of her life and try to help the girl. I am so angry with x17 at the moment saying Sam should be in control, I say boycott x17 all fans off gossip sites! I wish that her divorce lawyers got the axe though, I reckon they are in cahoots with Lufti. I hope Sam ends up in jail for his contact with Brit over the weekend. Let the people, her family, look after the girl!

58. I don't understand why Britney's father cannot understand that him being a continued source of stress for Britney is only going to make her progress slower if it does not stop it altogether. Britney is constantly stressed out over his presence, so she is not focusing on her recovery like she should. Britney's father needs to actually start thinking about his daughter's health, and stop making things worst for her. He could easily step aside, and let Howard Grossman (Britney's business manager), and the The Northern Trust Bank: take over Britney's conservatorship, and stop letting this issue take up so much of his daughter's energy. He seems to want her to stay angry, and stressed, therefore interfere with her recovery. He seems to not really want her to get better, becasue everyone can see, that the added stress of what he is doing, is only going to make things worst for her, (maybe that is what he wants, to keep Britney locked up, and keep control of her money)
Jamie stop being so stubborn, focus on the health of your child, and NOT her money. She needs peace right now, not to be fighting with you everyday! You are making this worst for her! STOP!!!!

59. This reminds me of what happened to Anna Nicole Smith, some random guy comes in her life, keeps her drugged up and
has control, I hope the judges remember how that turned out, and let her parents help her, along with her brother and
sister. They are the only ones who truly love her unconditionally. I hope she gets well enough soon to understand that.

60. In response to # 36 shirlina I think you need to up your meds if you think some guy that has know britney 6 months is better off taking care of her than her parents. If you recall her parents were there for her, and that is why they don't get along. The parents along with K-fed are the ones that made her go to rehab and thats one of the reasons she is made at them. They don't need her money, that is there daughter and she is the only thing that matters. Its easy to sit back and judge when its not your problem. Good job papa spears take care of your baby girl.
