TMZ has learned Britney's new lawyer, Adam Streisand, is related to Babs herself, and he's not afraid to name drop!
Adam is Barbra's second cousin, though he's said publicly said they don't speak and that she's a very private person.
But we're told in private, Adam's quite willing to talk about the lineage.
Adam has been brought in by Trope and Trope to challenge Brit's conservatorship -- in particular, the appointment of Brit's dad, Jamie.

I say we fire everybody who has puffy eyes and/or looks like they have a hangover. If they look at you strange, we should remove their eyeballs. If they steal, we should cut off their hands.
If their shirt is crinkled, they should be sent to the salt mines in Russia and forced to do slave labor.

20. Where was TROPE when Britney could of used them to attack K-FED n Kaplan. 26. okay, first off. wher'es sam hiding? i'd like to know. from info i'm getting, he's in deep trouble, he's got 3-4 restraining orders already against him by other people, and from what i hear, he gets a hold of the vulnerable only to leak everything he knows about them until the fall into a deep depression. he's put a spell on Britney and her parents know this.. they know alot right now, and soon everyone will know more about this SAm character.. stay tuned!!!!

29. I think if anything does happen, it will involve a court appointed conservator that will be completely neutral.
If that happens, I don't think that Britney will like that very much. He may not let go of anything for her where her dad might not be as strict.

30. There is someone neutral in there. There are two conservators, one whom is an independent lawyer. The other is Jamie Spears.
If it's absolutely necessary to replace Jamie Spears then I think another family member should be appointed to join the independent lawyer. There must be someone in her family that Britney can live with. The one thing I would absolutely oppose is the appointment if Sam Lutfi as a conservator and I have a feeling this could be where Trope and Trope is going, as unbelievable as it sounds. That would be disasterous.
It would be difficult for a judge to appoint Lutfi as a conservator since there is already a restraining order against him but he'll fight that - probably represented by Trope and Trope - or someone they hire for him.
