40. Bipolar is complex. Most often a young adult will have their first manic episode in young adulthood. Children as young as 3 have been diagnosed as well. The only concern I have for Britney is that her parents, (who really know their daughter), got that restraining order against Sam Lutfi, and I wonder if it will be cancelled if the conservator is changed?
