In court just a few minutes ago, a lawyer for the conservators said they have been trying to serve Sam Lutfi with a restraining order prohibiting him from seeing Brit, but he has refused to open the door to accept service.
They mentioned that Lutfi has spoken on the phone with Britney, allegedly in violation of the restraining order.
TMZ knows Lutfi had indeed spoken with Britney over the weekend.

50. Ok. So why don't they call Sam from the hospital, tell him they will secretly allow him a visit between say the hours of 2 an 3 am, to come down. And set the creeep up! Once he gets there they give him the papers and tell him they need to have him sign "this" before going in and WHAAAAAALAAAAAAAA..... DONE !

51. Britney can make calls out of the hospital using a pay phone. Sam CANNOT call into the hospital to speak to Britney. So it is obvious that Britney called Sam. The father is just being a tyrant now. If he doesn't want Britney talking to Sam, he need to tell britney that, she is the one who is using the phone at the hospital to call him.

54. 53 -- is right! Patients DO NOT have cell phones in the phychiatric ward, they are only allowed to make calls using the payphone in the hospital. So it is NOT Sam calling Britney, it is the other way around! How is he the one at fault for that?!

The conservators should remain in place, although I would be fine if the court appointed another attorney previously unconnected to Britney Spears to act as co-conservator with Andrew Wallet. Why can't Justin Timberlake step in and help her out? Why is Sam Lufti calling her in violation of a court order? Why are people stealing from her home? Why are hospital employees telling media about her private calls? Why are all the people in this young woman's life so vile and reprehensible? Paging Justin Timberlake. You are urgently needed, Justin.
I'm sorry. I know she hurt him terribly, but my goodness, she was an undiagnosed bipolar who was in the early stages of breaking down. Perhaps none of her behavior towards him had anything to do with the REAL Britney, but rather it was the behavior of a very sick girl who needed help. Instead of making commercials mocking her, why can't he find some forgiveness and compassion for a woman he obviously still loves, and get over there and HELP HER OUT??!

And by the way, the police are NOT investigating Sam for anything. He was NOT at the house during the time that Britney's father says things went missing! He knew Britney's father was going to try something lie that so he made sure he did not go to the house. If he had been questioned, or was being investigated, the media would know all about it!
