67. 36. In California, a temporary restraining order is effective when made, not when served. It can be enforced by law enforcement. If it has not been served, then law enforcement verifies through CLETS and gives the restrained person a copy, but it is already effective.

71. If he won't open the door for lawyers, send a Sherrif to his house, then if they know he is ther and he doesn't open the door, Arrest him and throw away the key. He needs to be locked up. To also alleviate this, Brittney has to be told or instructed that she cannot contact him as well. Take away her phone priviledges, or monitor the phones, they can do that in mental wards, so that she does not connot conact his.

72. First, I really don't understand as to why some think that Justin Timberlake should get involved with any of this. What in the world is Justin suppose to do? It is obvious that Britney has a severe mental issue, therefore, Justin would not be able to help her. As to this Lufti guy, I read this one website last night about him, and if everything is true, then he is bad news! I am relieved to see that her dad and the independant lawyer, are still in charge for her estate. Her parents should have some sort of control, considering it is their daughter. And according to Headline News this afternoon, just because her father has a say in Brit's estate and such, he is NOT able to just go out a spend her money any way he sees fit! She is clearly in no way able to make sound decisions about her life right at the moment, let alone her affairs.
