16. Mr. Spears fire that sorry bunch of lawyers who have done nothing to help Britney & I hope this judge has sense enough to let her parents make decisions about their daughter. I'm sick of hearing of men like Sam & Adnan taking advantage of sick women.

17. Maybe it's a good thing that Brit doesn't like pop being in charge. It might be the thing to give her the incentive she needs to get better. God knows losing her children wasn't enough. Maybe this will be.

18. 13. I hope Mr. Spears remains her conservator. And I hope he fires Britney's law firm---they haven't succeeded at anything anyway. But I think it is sad, with so many real problems in the world, that so many people--courts, lawyers, Dr.'s, social services, judges, have to be focused on one spoiled brat. Britney needs to just get healthy, shape up, and quit causing so many problems for so many people--especially those innocent little boys of hers.

This is a real problem... it is a mental illness that needs to be taken care of. I work in the field of child welfare and that many lawyers, courts, judges, social services, etc... are involved in any child abuse, neglect, or endangerment case. The children where I work attend court sessions so often. What is going on in the courts with britney is not out of the norm for cases like this.

20. This is the battle over custody of her boys. The conservator is there in Brit's place. I am willing to bet this case will be continued until there is an update of Brits mental condition. The real fight will be the conserverships case over Britney. The one going on now is just a formality.

Please Dear God in Heaven...protect Britany's family and move on the heart and mind of the Commissioner/Judge to have wisdom and not be fooled or tricked by slick lawyers who do not have Britney's best interest at heart. Her parents are the ones that need to be in control until Britney settles down and is stabilized from these horrible 5 years she has gone through. We can all see that she had her heart broken by K-fed and then Post Partum Depression times 2 within a 14 month time and then ..her biological clock is so wacked out....day has become night and then the flashing lights mimic additional light in the middle of the night...ahg....anyone would be nuts!!!!!
So I pray dear Lord that you will hear my prayer and that her parents will remain as the conservators and that they throw out all those leaches and parasites that call themselves friends and lawyers. AMEN!!!!!!

Yes, maybe shame on TMZ and all the other gossip sites that won't let Britney breath or take a walk around the block in piece. Problem is, when you and others, including myself...post on these sites, they get hits and so it goes, round and round and nothing's gonna change.

29. #22: You fool. This hearing is the CUSTODY hearing that was previously scheduled. It has nothing to do with K-Fed fearing that he might lose his "meal ticket" as you claim in your post. If you are going to post, how about staying up on what's going on before you make a total a** of yourself. The hearing about the conservatorship isn't until later today.

30. I don't think anyone in their right mind would suggest Sammy for the conservator job!! My his Mom would nominate him, but that's only because she wants him out of her basement.

Here's a question: Does anyone know (other than the obvious) why Trope and Trope wanted to drop Brit as a client, then out of the blue decided to take her back on? (I think that was the day she caused all the ruckus at court, first in the partking garage then trying to pull up to the front door and still didn't go inside)?

Personally... I think they should be fired immediately... they haven't been with her long enough to have any sort of vested interest, except for publicity and moolah!
