Full House in Court for Brit

31. I think her father should have some sort of control, in order to preserve what she has! What I don't quit understand is, what do her attorneys for her divorce/custody have to do with the conservatorship? Shouldn't they be kept different? Hopefully, her father is smart enough to argue the fact that up until recent, these attorneys were asking to be dismissed from the custody issue with Britney. I read the article on Sam Lufti last night on another sight, and it everything is true, then he really does need to stay away. If he was a "manager", then who else has he ever managed before Britney? Where has Adnan been all weekend long? I haven't read anything on Adnan really since she was placed in the mental ward. Maybe he had a hand in breaking in to Brit's house, since I wouldn't be surprised if he had a key and all. She is where she needs to be, and hopefully, her father stays in control. One thing about her dad, you don't see him offering anything to the paps, which is a good thing. And you don't see her brother exposing information to the world either. And to the one who asked why Kevin's laywer is there, appareantly there is a court hearing today that has to do with the custody issue. Keep Britney where she is os that she can get the help she really needs, and keep the "yes" people as far away as possible!

Today was scheduled for her next custody date - that's why kaplan is there.

Maybe there's 2 court hearings - they can't merge the 2 issues (custody & conservatorship) can they?

34. K fed's laywer is there because he doesnt want Brittany's incomptant lawyers replaced. If they get replaced then the chances are pretty high that he wont get the huge salary he is asking the court to make Brittany pay him. Kfed's lawyer is not concerned with Brittany's welfare. He is concerened soley with his pocketbook and his clients interests. If Brittany is treated and is better than she will return to being mommy to the boys. Kfed will no longer be able to sponge off Brittany and have to grow up and get a real job!

As for the conservator... I honestly do not see how Brittany's father and the new lawyer accomplished the conservatorship in the first place. Just last week it was reported (here no less) that Brittany's lawyers drew up the paperwork to let Sam make her decisions including medical ones. Sam and Britney's lawyers set up Brittanny's trip to UCLA and the 72 hour stay. The Spears family could not accomplish that. So It seems to me that if there is an order already standing letting Sam call the shots than Brittany's estranged father shouldn't have been able to pull his stunt on friday let alone get a restraining order agaisnt the person his daughter and her lawyers placed in charge. It also seems highly fishy to me how these parents can take over control over her assests as well.

37. No reason to heap shame on TMZ for the way they cover this story. Bottomline is - if people didn't buy the magazines, check out the website or listen to the TV, if there was NO MONEY in it, then they'd stop covering it.

38. Kaplan is there because at the last custody hearing, they scheduled another one for today. He's not there for the conservatorship hearing with the other judge.

There is nada, zip, zero, no proof that Sam orchestrated Britney being committed. Sam has simply tried to manipulate the media with that lie. Sam likes to bask in the lime light and take credit for other people's work.

When the dust clears and the truth is revealed, Brit's parents were the instrumental party in finally getting Brit help. And, it is highly suepct that it was Sam Lutfi who was leaking Brit's intervention to the medai the days leading up to it, likely to try and take credit for it and also bask in the lime light while making a few bucks with the paparrazi for giving inside info too..

42. It truly amazes me. I can't believe the amount of pictures shown here on TMZ that have SLUTney making a really stupid face. Sometimes she's yelling, sometimes she's gurning, sometimes she's pissed. Every pictures looks REALLY bad. This girl is absolutely NOT photogenic...

MOST REGULAR PEOPLE HAVE TO WAIT MONTHS AND MONTHS BEFORE A CHILD CUSTODY HEARING AND MONTHS IN BETWEEN (i CAN UNDERSTAND THE EMERGENCY TYPE HEARING FOR THE PSYCH STUFF,) BUT NOW WHY IN THE WORLD IS KAPLAN INVOLVED?????????????

45. What an effed up family. They make mine look normal. Lynn Spears is getting what she deserves for pushing her daughter into show business so young. Although for some reason I don't think this crap bothers her like most mothers. I would have lost it long ago.
