33. I believe that a completely neutral third party with no financial interest should be the conservator. There needs to be very little, if any, room to claim conflict of interest.

This poor girl is so messed up she can't even tell when someone is screwing her.....her lawyers, K-Fed, Sam, Adnan.....the only ones that will look out for her best interest is her family! Hello, if they wan't $$$, they have Jaime Lynn, it is obvious they care and have always cared about their daughter and they have finally gotten the opportunity to act on it and have gained the upper hand on those that are feeding off of poor Britney!!! 37. Why am I not surprised the new attorney LOVES the paps!!! Notice that Wallet nor Jaime has made comments to paps. They are respecting the privacy of a family in crisis, which is how it should be. I knew it, she never retained this attorney therefore he can't speak for in court!!!!!!!!!!!

39. I don't know for sure, but I suspect that conservatorship over
Britney's money and Britney herself (her health, medical power of
attorney, et al) was split between two groups, each composed of at
least one family member and one objective professional. I think that
is a good thing. No one person should have control of Britney's
entire life. (ARE YOU READING THIS, SAM LUFTI?) Separating the $$$
from the medical decisions eliminates a potentally nasty motive for
someone with evil on their mind. Lufti should not figure in this
equation anywhere.

THE BEST POSSIBLE OUT COME WILL BE FOR EACH OF THEM TO ACT LIKE ADULTS AND MAKE THE NECESSARY COMPROMISES NEEDED TO BRING A SENSE OF PEACE AND PROMISE TO THE ONE THEY ARE ALL THERE FOR. IN THE END BRITNEY WILL FIND HER WAY BACK INTO THE REAL WORLD AND WHEN SHE DOES SHE WILL BE I AM SURE VERY GREATFUL TO EACH AND EVERY PERSON WHO HAS STAYED BY HER SIDE AND KEPT THEIR PERSONAL DIFFERENCES TO THEMSELFS. 44. poor brit :( they said she's in a padded room. all of these people want money, even the lawyers, but atleast the lawyers are on her side. just about the ONLY people on her side. i hope she's ok and the hospital staff is being nice to her. i have nothing but good thoughts for brit!
