Adam Streisand has just told TMZ in the hallway the conservators (Jamie Spears and Andrew Wallet) have asked the court for the power to terminate the services of Britney's divorce lawyers, Trope and Trope.
Sources tell TMZ Jamie is especially irked that the Trope firm has a good relationship with Jamie's arch enemy, Sam Lutfi.

122. Brits downward spiral all began after Madonna french kissed her on t.v. a few years back. Think about it.
Some of Madonna's demons transferred themselves into Britney via the 'KISS' and now Britney is possessed, that
is why she sometimes speaks in a British accent as well. Yep, even Madonna's sometimes phony british accent
transferred into Britney.
So, in a 'nut' shell, Madonna did it to her...poor kiddo! Britney doesn't need a psych ward, she NEEDS AN EXORCIST!

125. These attorneys were getting ready to drop Britney after the last deposition when she showed up but then left. She has had other representation. They should get off that case - that's a clear conflict of interest. Sam Lufti needs to be investigated so they can learn just how he was able to weasel his way into Britney's life. Clearly she was not making good decisions and he took advantage of her condition. I thought that was terrible when he invaded her privacy by phoning into Ryan Seacrest's radio show and then bursting into the bathroom while she was showering and could be heard saying to him, get out.

Brit's lawyers were going to quit due to lack of communication and from what I read they were working with Sam to get her help so of course when that is put into action they would continue representing her. There are so many stories we don't know what is true. I have noticed since Kaplan's media guy is served there is no more minute to minute updates. Anyone think this is strange ??

I think it would be inappropriate for her father to fire her divorce lawyers.
Let's face it, NOTHING is going to happen in the divorce and/or custody case until Britney has had treatment and is evaluated to see whether she is able to take control of her life again and her illness brought under control so that she can function and make decisions.
Until that time, it just seems like the wrong thing for her father to do.
