61. Brits downward spiral all began after Madonna french kissed her on t.v. a few years back. Think about it.
Some of Madonna's demons transferred themselves into Britney via the 'KISS' and now Britney is possessed, that
is why she sometimes speaks in a British accent as well. Yep, even Madonna's sometimes phony british accent
transferred into Britney.

So, in a 'nut' shell, Madonna did it to her...poor kiddo! Britney doesn't need a psych ward, she NEEDS AN EXORCIST!

66. Britney has been surrounded by parasitic people for so long, no wonder she has lost her mind. Everyone exploits this girl, she just can't take it anymore.

The very best thing for her to do, is get these people out of her life. I think her parents finally have come to the realization that they are at the root of her problems, and hopefully now they will do things differently. Rest, meds, therapy, and removing herself from L.A. would be a step in the right direction. Sam and Adnan need to go on with their lives and LEAVE Brit alone! They both got their 15 minutes, now it is time to leave .. you two insects.

70. Let's see......what came first, the chicken or the egg? Did Britney lose it when she lost her kids or did she lose them because she lost it? I thought she lost them because she went bonkers. Now the bleeding hearts are saying she's deranged because of losing the children. If they mean so much to her, why didn't she straighten up, quit partying, drugging, and having orgies?

I don't wish her ill, but let's see her accept some responsibility for her actions and stop showing off her naked cutchie --- then I'll have some respect for her.

It is not surprising that the court-appointed attorney would make this decision. After all, she has already been deemed by medical and psychiatric professionals to be seriously mentally ill. If she is sick enough to be held on an extended 5150, then it would follow that she's not capable of making any long-term decisions or commitments at this point.

Let her get treatment and get a diagnosis on her long-term outlook. It seems that everyone is rushing something that simply cannot be rushed. It's too soon to make any declarations about her competency or her ability to return to her previous life. So much depends on getting the right medications (if she will take them), receiving the appropriate therapy and after-care, etc.

I don't understand the RUSH. It's too soon to tell what Britney's future holds. Let the doctors and therapists try to heal her first.....

73. Why did a lawyer, not a shrink interview britney for the court? Lawyers do not generally have physciatric training, therefore have no right to claim the claims this person did. Now I don't know if a shrink wasn't present, and I do believe that the assesment is more then likely valid, I do not think somebody like that should be able to make judgments like that.
