New Subpoena in Brit Case

Michael SandsThe man hired by Mark Vincent Kaplan (K-Daddy's lawyer) to field media calls has been subpoenaed in the Britney Spears case.

The subpoena subject -- PR guru Michael Sands. Everyone, including Sands' personal lawyer, Randolph W. Wright, is mum on the nature of the subpoena, however, one source says it is "substantial."

Britney's lawyers, Trope and Trope, drafted the subpoena. Expect a dogfight over whether the info Sands has is protected by the attorney-client privilege.

17. I'd trust Kaplan at this point over Trope & Trope who have been working with the self-imposed manager! On behalf of Britney's long-term welfare, one must pray that her father remains a co-conservator with the outside co-conservator so these people don't escape with the estate she has built on behalf of herself and those little boys.

20. Nothing takes away Britney was and is crazy and is stuck in her vulgar crass lifestyle and needs help by the best medicine has to offer just to make daily decisions. I think it will be many years before she will be trusted with those children... Although her mother lynn is the bigger problem-starter and enabler in this family, I think the father will rally around to do the right thing as long as he is able to say no and keep everyone who deals with Britney from doing their greedy backstabbing, jealousy thing. He gets a second chance at steering her towards adulthood with some stable wisdom and loving bonds she can turn to if in trouble.. and perhaps giving Jamie a fair break from the Spear house of the damned. They all owe Kevin a great big thanks for ending the Britney fall into insanity hell by bringing their troubles out into the open. Please respect their privacy TMZ and let the father do what is right for her without snippy comments.

Didn't Britney drop Kevin, by text message no less, so much for "gettng out" fool. If you look back through the years even before Kevin, you can see where britney was an exhibitionest. Going braless and showing her breast or nipples. She was even getting a pouchie belly. She has had problems for years a.k.a. her one day marriage. It all just came to a explosive head. TMZ had a gallery of her through the years. If you can find it, go back and look at it and see how far she fell even before Kevin.

26. The Kevin haters are too funny. They obviously are young, undereducated and easily influenced. This group acts like Kevin made BS crazy. Maybe they should get off the computer and hit the books. They make such fools of themselves.
