Sanjaya"American Idol" wannabeen Sanjaya Malakar may not have learned how to sing like a diva -- but he sure can act like one!

TMZ spies spotted Sanji and his similarly coiffed sis, Shyamali, getting their free swag on -- and their attitudes -- this weekend at the Hanes Style Villa in Arizona.

After picking up thousands of dollars worth of jewelry and spa treatments, we're told Sanjaya wanted a photog to give him $20 for taking his pic.

Not to be upstaged by her brother, Shyamali got in on the prima donna act by telling another style suite photog, "We're not taking a picture unless we know what we're getting." Along with swag, the dynamic duo appear to have picked up a bad rep.

Many people from his fansite did. I have not heard ONE negative experience besides this one. So who am I going to believe, this stupid tabloid, or hundreds of people who's opinions I trust?

"Not only did Sanjaya, but his stupid did too." Are you talking about his sister? She has a name - Shyamali, and she's also very nice. She would never in a million years say that, she's REALLY shy. Have you seen her in interviews? She's really quiet.

65. Thanks #64. You know, I'm the biz and get around. You would be quite suprised who you run into in very normal places and and they act like normal people, doing day to day things. Hey, Brit Brit even pumps her own gas! I also suspect that TMZ guy was acting like a jerk, if this story is even true.

71. I've met Sanjaya and spent time with him on several occasions. He's a down to earth and real guy. No attitude. Everyone I know who has actually MET him or knows him has nothing but good things to say.
