Britney SpearsBritney's dad, Jamie Spears, submitted a declaration in support of the conservatorship, stating that they didn't tell Britney about the conservatorship because given her "emotional and psychological condition and her dealings with Mr. Lutfi, I believe Britney is incapable of keeping information from Mr. Lutfi. In particular, I believe if she knew I was planning to seek a conservatorship, she would tell Mr. Lufti about the planned conservatorship."

12. I wonder why TMZ isn't all up in Mr Lufti's ass right now? Since Britney has been under her parents supervision, TMZ has had little to no sources of stories to print. I guess their source stopped phoning in with all the behind the scenes information.

13. I think its great what Jamie's doing. He's at a loss for what is right, and confused as far as i can see. He wants to protect her daughter and doesn't mean to keep her in the dark, but again, its for her safety.. That piece of scum thats been druggin her is probably planning how to demolish Mr. Spears.. I don't blame him for trying to be cautious. and i don't want to hear anything bad about him like where was he and Lynne for the last few years., Britney is really a grown woman, she shut them out, t herefore making it hard to help her.
I congratulate her parents on LOVING her and being frightend for her. Theyr'e saving her life right now!!!
