Jamie's Lawyer Denies "Hostile Takeover"

Jamie SpearsAttorney Jeryll Cohen, who reps Jamie, submitted a declaration to the conservatorship commissioner, claiming Brit's divorce lawyers got it all wrong when they assumed Jamie was a control freak.

In the declaration, Cohen says Ron Rale, a high-powered lawyer at Trope and Trope, "accused Mr. Spears of attempting 'nothing more than a hostile takeover of our client for improper purposes.'"

Cohen says Jamie was looking "for the least ugly way to save this young woman's life, bring her back to her babies, and keep her safe from predators."

92. Ron Rale has probably been working with Sam to steal Britney's money & transfer it to off shore accounts. Sam is also friends with Britney's business manager. I bet this shady bunch have stolen nearly all this poor girls money. Last year her wealth was estimated at $125 million now reports have it dwindled down to $40 million.

95. I dunno what happened last time I posted here but my comment did not come up. Anyhoo I hope the CA District Attorney steps in and adds 1 + 1. Screw Daniel's inquest, this is serious. Two lives have been lost by the SAME PEOPLE (as far as we know), we don't need another one now!
