52. Maybe this is all calculated on the part of the doctors and parents? Let her out with the paps babysitting while they get rid of all the other cars, let her make contact with Osama/Adnan//etc. to violate restraining orders...Then have the cops bring her back and say "see, you can't take care of yourself".

As for the people thinking she and Adnan are going for a quicky marriage, wouldn't he have to be divorced first? If his wife only filed in December, it isn't likely to be final yet (and you know TMZ would have reported if it was).

Today, she CLEARLY attracked the Paps by just being an idiot! Why not just sneak out of the house in the back of a van if she needed to hit Srtarbucks, Rite Aid and a gas station!

The docs said she is no longer a threat to herself or others so she was released, but it's clear she's still a total goofball that's lost in the real world...

She's really seemed to miss the point that Streisand isn't her lawyer - he can't be! - as she has conservators, meaning she can't enter into a deal with Streisand on her own...

What a total nutjob!

59. TMZ reported that the conservatorship is still in place. But I don't think the conservatorship is in place if Britney nolonger meets the criteria for appointing a conservator. If it is in place, it is only in place in a technical sense and it will only be in place until Britney or her lawyer appear in court to request that it be terminated. But I think it terminates automatically when Britney nolonger meets the criteria for appointing a conservator if the appointment was made against her consent when she did meet the criteria.

The definition of "gravely disabled" is not vague as defined in subparagraph (A) paragraph (1) subdivision (h) of Section 5008 of the California Probate Code, which is the legal basis for appointing a conservator for persons with a mental disorder. It requires a qualified clinical psychiatric finding that a person having a mental disorder be a harm to self and be unable to manage basic physical needs. If the psychiatric hold has been released, then it also means that the "gravely disabled" psychiatric finding has changed, and if she is nolonger "gravely disabled," then that means that she nolonger meets the criteria that was the legal basis for appointing a conservator. The meds she is being treated with have obviously become therapeutic and that means that she has been restored now to within the bounds of legal competence.
