The sad part of Britney's hit-and-run approach to rehab is that she'll probably wind up like many of Hollywood's other brightest and best, (not necessarily saying she's either, but enough people seem to think so to give her the benefit of the doubt) and that's dead. Dead and gone, and not remembered for being anything more than a wild child who DESPERATELY needed help! With some of the stunts she's pulled in recent months, she's living on borrowed time now. The Good Luck Fairy will eventually get bored with her antics and she'll wrap herself around a tree, drive off a cliff, or something equally devastating. If she's NOT lucky, she'll actually survive it, only as a veggie salad.

I've got to believe this is largely the fault not just of Britney, for ultimately we all have to take responsibility for our own actions, but also of those around her. Not her parents, it seems like they're really trying to protect her from herself, but that sleazy part-time "manager" and the paparazzi boyfriend... I mean really Brit, can you expect him to have your best interests at heart when his career depends on him not to???

I hope her family can convince her to STAY in treatment this time. It's the only way she'll ever see her precious children again, and maybe in time, to rebuild her badly damaged career. No reputable manager would touch her with a 10 foot pole until he gets her act together. It's only going to be downhill from here.

153. maybe the unidentified male is security? Or maybe her brother?? It makes sense that she would take pictures to use them in court, other than that...never. Hopefully she's pursuing something against Sam and the paps.

155. What a flipping shame this is, can the genius that decided she wasnt a threat to joe public on the streets please stand up and get sued when she kills someone with her car? It was the girls only chance and the inner backlash from a few days in hospital is going to be a wide wake indeed. Get your cameras ready...and wait for it.

157. Unbeleivable, what is she doing out? Right back to where she was. She looks bloated. Looks like she will never get well. Shes her own worst enemy. Getting sick of her crap. She is hell bent on self Destruction hope she does not hurt anyone else while on the road and the police need to be watching her and issuing tickets if she does anything wrong on the road.

160. #10 You are right. But in her defense IF she is indeed a manic depressive,they will have you believe(the patient)that they are "just fine". When indeed they are still in the manic state. I know this because i saw it first hand with my dad. They get out 3 days later and give it a week or 2 and they are right back in. Thats why the docs say "gravely ill" but 3 days later the sick PRETEND to be just fine.

161. 30. Thats a smart thing to do.. take pictures while your driving.. She hasn't even been out of the psych ward for an hour and she is already out and about.. I think she wants to ruin her own life... She isn't doing ANYTHING to help her cause..
