The medical examiner has ruled that Heath Ledger's death is an "accident," resulting from the "abuse of prescription medications."

35. Who Cares??? Which ones of us care about the babies that died while I was typing this? Such hypocritical shallow people in the world to care about a rich educated idiot who killed himself. He knew the risk. Would you feel sorry for someone who shot himself? I wouldnt. Not when the real misery happens to billions everyday and they do not have the ability to stop it. 37. Sad, but you could see this was going to be the answer, there was an interview with him where he said he took an Ambien, fell asleep for an hour, woke up, could not sleep, so took more Ambien! That is NOT the answer, that is drug abuse if 'you
misuse even prescription drugs, now we see, like ANS, you can die not following directions even with prescribed
drugs!

38. Just call it an overdose. Leave the subjectivity out of it-because only 1 person knows if it was "accidental" and he cannot tell anyone at this point.

45. Seriously people, he probably had major trouble coming down and relaxing for sleep so he was desperate and took the pills. He may have done it before with no problems so he figured it was safe. Unfortunate but it WASN'T suicide.
