TMZ has the first picture of a currently rehabbing Eva Mendes out and about in the Hollywood Hills, after recently checking into rehab. Never fear though ... Eva's on her way back. 
Her rep says, "Eva is attending to some personal business in Los Angeles and intends to return to complete her treatment shortly."

96. Yeah it does seem like rehab is the new summer camp for celebrities but I have to give her credit for admitting herself in a calm manner rather than getting put away in handcuffs and dragged to the facility, like most of these celebrities these days.

99. When I was in rehab we didn't get time out to attend to personal business. Once you went in, you were there for 28 days or longer. Just goes to show you how coddled these celebrities are in rehab.
