Why in the world is she wearing heels? That is so dangerous. Now if Britney had done this she would be a bad mom to be and thoughtless. I'm really shocked that she would put her babies and herself in such danger. To each his own I guess. She looks pretty but that dress is horrible.

Poor thing is huge. Too bad she's endangering herself and her babies with those irresponsible shoes. I hope that's not the start of the Britney sytle "all I care about is me and everyone looking at me" mentality. And you would think with all the money the two of them have and all the designers at her disposal she could come up with slightly more flattering clothing styles.
