Mark Vincent Kaplan -- Britney's Lawyer, Too?

Mark Vincent Kaplan officially has a fan. Only problem: The guy thinks he's Britney's lawyer, not K-Fed's!

TMZ was talking to Kaplan about the ongoing custody battle outside Madeo last night in Beverly Hills, when the celeb hunter known as "Yaya" could be heard shouting "I know you're the lawyer. You're the lawyer for Britney!"

Kaplan was a good sport though, and laughed it off after posing for a photo.

16. The guy isn't that much off, since it is Britney paying Kaplan's bills!!!

17. Does Kaplan have any other clients besides K-Freak? All of us would hate to be paying the fees of a lawyer hell-bent on destroying us. Is Kaplan a member of the Mafia? I would rather Britney's kids be raised by wolves than K-Freak. Kaplan and K-Freak - two of the most disgusting, vicious, money grubbing, men in Hollywood's history.
After the divorce, Britney stopped supporting K-Freak's parents. She even paid their mortgage. Does he have brothers or sisters? Are they lowlife, dimwitted, bums like he is?

18. Jodi,

Indeed, I agree with much of your post – not all - but most. That’s good, because if we all held the same beliefs the world would be a rather dull place.

For the past week, I have posted links to numerous articles, hoping that readers would understand these are complex problems that will likely require legislation; medical intervention and possibly law enforcement support (see jfxonline.com).

I have seen many of the same references (see below) discussed on TMZ - at length.

However, Britney is NOT my only concern.

As a parent, I do not wish to see her children continue to be subjected to these dangerous situations.

When I read CA Mom write: “I'M tired of OUR taxes here in Los Angeles County going to her, rather than to areas that need it much more, and would be of better use, My daughter hads to drive on her ( Britney's) usual route to get home from school! That is endangering my child's life! My daughter has to drive through Brentwood then up the hill to get home and ran smack dab into the Britney mess yesterday. Stay home. Let us all be safe!”

I empathize with CA Mom. It is obvious how much she loves her daughter and fears for her safety.

At which point should Britney stop being the central focus?

After she plows into a promising surgeon, leaving his wife a widow and his children fatherless?

After a bright, aspiring musician, who play heavenly classical music, is run over while walking to class and lives the balance of her life in a persistive vegetative state?

After she loses control of her car and barrels into a bus stop filled with many other people’s children?

At present, Britney’s only concern is herself.

I, like many others, have broader concerns.

If you cannot understand my concerns, then we must agree to disagree.

Regards,
