Im not even from the Dominican Republic I was born here in the U.S. and I embrace my latin culture as well as my american culture. i dont always agree with them but either way I would never force my culture on anyone especially when in another country! And you have obviously never been to the Domincan Republic, its a very beautiful place.(and also a very popular destination among americans.) Just as there are beautiful places in the U.S. there are also rat infested ones! The U.S. isnt perfect, no country is! Why don't you read #210 and maybe you can learn a little about another culture out there too and see how they might percieve what is legal to do here! You have to look at this from both sides. 263. Yeah for us it seems so barbaric but this is the norm in these countries. I've been to Puerto Rico and this stuff goes on everywhere. There's even an official gaming commision. And would you all put up the same to-do if this was about some Spanish athlete at a bull fight.
