61. ok first off TMZ this video was made 2 years ago, long before Mr. Vick got caught, so i doubt Pedro could learn from something that had not happened yet. duh.

second, its legal there. weither people like it or not that culture accepts that type of behavior. If i go to Amsterdam and video tape a bunch of pro-athletes smoking pot, which is legal there btw, do they get busted by the media for using drugs that are legal there?
