49. Actually, Wrong Sue, the hospital determined (perhaps erroneously) that she is NO LONGER a danger to herself or others, and that's why they released her. They didn't say she was cured, just no longer dangerous, and at that point they cannot hold her against her will.
We ordinary people may think she's dangerous -- but the hospital must release her if she demands it, and is "no longer a danger."

TMZ is at the downtown L.A. courthouse where attorney and co-conservator Andrew Wallet and attorneys Samuel Ingham and Jeryll Cohen have just arrived in court. Jamie Spears is not there ... yet.

As we first reported, Jamie Spears may be gunning to get some teeth into the conservatorship order. With these lawyers lining up, that could be just what happens.

57. Britney needs someone looking after her health & finances now because she's proven not capable of caring for her own two children & herself. That person should be her father & I'm behind him 100%. Anybody who has raised children knows you have to use tough love at times & this is the time. Only weaklings give in to the whims & wimpers & melt like butter because they don't want to put the time & effort required into protecting a sick family member. This family is fighting with all their heart & lawyers & con artist like Sam & Adnan should let them do what's necessary so she can one day be well & able to be a mother to her two precious little boys.
