They'll Probably Be Back in Court Tomorrow

Britney Spears is a free woman and her parents are clearly frustrated, especially after today's circus in the streets of Bev Hills.

Based on what we know, it's a good bet Jamie Spears will be back in court -- we're guessin' tomorrow -- asking the Commish to put some teeth in the conservatorship order. That order gives the conservator power to restrict the visitors Brit receives. No doubt Ma and Pa were frustrated that Brit let a paparazzo ride with her in her car today. And we're hearing they were none too happy about the people she saw at the Beverly Hills Hotel.

It wouldn't be at all unusual for the conservator to ask for an order requiring the cops to enforce the instructions Jamie lays down. In other words, he could call the Bev Hills Police and ask them to remove the pap from the car.

Likewise, the conservatorship gives Jamie the right to approve contracts. It's a good bet he would not have approved Britney buying stuff or getting a room at the hotel. Think about the cops going to the hotel and telling the manager they can't let Brit buy stuff or get rooms without Jamie's consent and if they defied Jamie they could be held in contempt.

We'll be in court tomorrow ... just in case -- so stay tuned.

63. Didn't the judge visit Brittney on Sunday before extending her confinement to 14 days? Didn't the judge say she could not take care of herself and she was not able to make a decision? Wow, UCLA must be able to work mircles in just three days.

64. There comes a point when the parents (and everyone else!) have to wash their hands of her. She is an adult woman intent on screwing up her life. She has had managers, lawyers, family members who tried to help her, She has fired one after another and chooses to hang out with shady characters hell bent on stealing what she has because she is too dumb and naiive to know better. She has fired everyone and refuses to take her medication or continue in treatment. She has already lost her children, has alienated most people in contact with her, has used taxpayers money to have police escorts, ambulance services and has blatant disregard for the law by driving erratically often without headlights, disobeying traffic signs and crashing her car on numerous occasions. There is nothing more that can be done to help her. She doesn't want help so she cannot get better. This charade has gone far enough! Let's move on...I, for one, have had it up to here with this trailer park trash who keep the paparazzi employed and her name in the headlines.

66. I believe that Brit's parents really to care about her, but unfortunately at some point Jamie and Lynne Spears may have to practice love. The only way Brit is going realize that there is a problem is when she really gets into trouble. Brittney is a very good malipanater(mispelled). She is only able to get people to do the things she wants because she has money.

Brittney has only shown that she cares about herself and no one else, that unfortunately encludes her children. If she ends up in court tommorrow over her money this will only prove that she is selfish. She maybe a sick girl and that is all she is, is a little girl with all kinds of money who can not handle the responsibility of adult life.

I hope that she gets the help that she really needs, but I also hope that she grows up and understands that she is not the only important one. I still will pray that she god is able to direct her in the right direction.

67. Hey. Going to court fighting about what power Jamie should have to enforce on
Britney entourage and finances is the wrong way to go.
Britney will use her energy fighting her father instead of fighting for her kids and to get them and her independance back.

Jamie will be the enemy, Paps will be her friends .

70. For the love of God, somebody get a hold of this girl and get her the help she needs. Anyone that says she isn't unstable or doesn't need help is a MORON!!!!!!!! Her parents need to bring her back to Louisiana and get her the help she needs here. We have excellent places that she can go that do 30 to 120 day programs. All anyone seems to be worried about is her money, but it has already been stated that her father can't touch her money, he can only keep thugs like Sam and Adnan from trying to get their hands on it. I am not saying that they have been the best parents, but when you put your child in the spotlight at such a young age and don't know how to play the game, you make mistakes. I think that her family are concerned about what is in the best interest of her and her son's. For the love of GOD, bring her back to Kentwood and let her get the help that she needs without feeling the need to drive around Hollywood trying to get her picture taken every chance she gets. She has become a robot to the industry and as an adult, there hasn't been to much anything that could be done until now. Daddy needs to stay in control and if anyone says that he is just in it for her money---your idiots. When she was born, do you think the first thought in their minds was, "Oh, this one is a moneymaker for sure"? COME ON!!!!!!!!!! I work with one of her cousins, and all I hear is that they don't know what to do with her because she is so messed up on drugs and is being brainwashed by people that don't really care about her. I wish Julia Roberts would step in like she said that she wanted to, I bet that her parents wishes would be granted and this child would get the help she needs and no one would mess with her anymore. living in los angeles and to see a news station carrying the coverage
like it was the infamous oj run up the 405 is insane...a news
station!!
thank goodness people are beginning to realize that her parents are
not the bad guys, but actually are trying to get this ridiculous
daily
scenario shut down...
i have been on the streets when this circus of papparazzi has bolted
out of cars running from all directions to snap these pictures...it
was
downright scary to watch...
the only way this is going to stop is when law enforcement takes the
necessary steps to cite each and every pap when they violate the
laws....the paps are endangering every citizen on the street or in a
car....
if you recall, this type of behavior occurred when arnold and maria
were taking their kids to school, the paps were cited and convicted
and sent to jail for their dangerous behavior....
every police department in the county of los angeles (mainly los
angeles, beverly hills, santa monica and culver city) should take
every available opportunity to cite, arrest and prosecute to the full
extent of the law each and every violation....
when they finally injure or kill someone then it will be too
late...so
get busy lapd, bhpd, smpd & ccpd to do whatever is necessary to
bring this daily circus to an end...
amen...
