Conservators to Dump Brit's Manager!

TMZ has confirmed that one of the things that went down in yesterday's hearing involving Britney's conversatorship is that the commissioner granted the conservators the power to fire her manager, Howard Grossman.

Court documents reveal that Commissioner Reva Goetz ordered Howard Grossman to turn over "all documents, records and assets relating to Britney Spears" to Brit's dad, Jamie, who along with attorney Andrew Wallet, is the court-appointed conservator of Brit and her estate.

Though the firing hasn't gone down yet, we're guessing the reason Brit's fam wants him out is because Grossman has a very cozy relationship with Sam Lutfi -- something that makes Brit's family very uncomfortable.

31. Thank God all the garbage is getting tossed by her parents. Too bad no parent was able to get Anna Nicole away from Howard K. Stern & Larry Birkhead. I have a feeling their day of being phony balony crying idiots for the next highest bidder will end one day soon too.....every dog gets his day.....or is that CROOK?

Congrats to Papa spears for cleaning house he is doing an excellent job they should make him permenant to over see her needs.

36. All this is CONTRARY to what Britney herself was doing. The first thing she did was visit attorney Streisand and try to make HIM her conservator, and visited Grossman. This is a power struggle move by the pimp parents.

37. So glad that Britney is finally getting help with her family by her side. Who IS Sam Lutfi and where did she meet him? Did they recover all the stuff he stole from Britney? K-Dud better get a job. She's not going to be his meal ticket for the rest of his life. Since he has no education, no talent, no brains, I don't know where he can find a job, though. She should put the money she's giving A-Hole K-Dud into a Trust Fund for the boys education. It would be a tragedy if they turned out to be like K-Dud - living off of women all their lives. I haven't decided which is the bigger gold digging deadbeat - K-Dud, Kaplan, Sam, Adnan. Her biggest problem is having such terrible taste in men.

39. yup tis almost done, access hollywood says Grammy is going to sit for the kiddies while sllmeball is out to get some gear from Marc Jacobs, daddy almost has control of all the money and the deed to have her committed is on the horizon........til they need her to crank out some more money..........we will probably be seeing a medical wonder thru perscription drugs singing the hymns to bring it all in and Grammy will co-parent the grans, the girls and be finally able to write her sick version of how hard it is to raise them all.............Geezzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz and the beat goes on, may these 2 sleezeballs get what they deserve, to rot in hell.
